To track an order, select the “track order” tab, you will need your order number as well as the shipping zip code for identification purpose. The track order result page presents a summary of your order information, shipping address and billing address. The shipping information section presents the order status (preparing order, partially shipped, or shipped). When the order is shipped, we present the tracking number provided by UPS. When an order is made of non-conforming items, we ask the client to call our Customer Success Department at 1-877-294-7343 to receive status information.
